What is your current turnaround time?
Our turnaround time for items marked as Ready To Ship (RTS) is 1 to 2 business days. For all other items including DTF transfers, UV transfers, gang sheets, and customs, our turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days. Our turnaround time does not include the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver the order; it is only the time it takes for us to process, print, package and ship your order.
Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped from our facility in Northeast Mississippi (Tupelo, Mississippi area).
Do you offer customs?
We offer customs for both DTF transfers and UV transfers. You can find these options in our menu under "Custom Transfers & Gang Sheets."
